In addition to CBT, Alex also provides dependency and behavioural change consultancy services, helping individuals make positive changes in their lives and overcome challenges.

Alex has worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services for several years and in Adult Therapy Services in the NHS as a Senior Therapist for six years. During this time, he received specialist training in Eating Disorders, Trauma Therapy, and Supervision, along with completing numerous short courses ranging from one to three days. As a Clinical Supervisor, Alex supported trainee therapists during their training and helped them develop their practice.

With Alex's expertise and compassionate approach, he is dedicated to supporting his clients on their journey towards improved mental well-being and overall wellness.

Fees & Payments


Please feel free to contact Alex to discuss whether he is able to support you with your needs. If he is unable to assist, he will gladly guide you towards another service that may be better suited to help. Sessions are charged at £85.00 each, and all payments can be made either by cash at the time of the appointment or via BACS in advance of the session. Please note that if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will still apply to cover costs. Alex is also a recognised provider for most health insurance companies including Axa, Nuffield Health, Vitality and Bupa, making his services accessible to those with relevant coverage.
